Why 1: quality objective measurement was not complete / not effective Why 2: the target measurement between the objectives statement and the monitoring objectives did not match of each other Why 3: management representatives did not verified both data

Perbaikan/Correction

Correction: to improve the Quality Objectives and its target, so matched to the  on attach. 04 of Manual Mutu MM-01

Tindakan Perbaikan/Corrective Action

Corrective action: identify and verify quality objective in all work function and ensure that quality objective achievement are observed and measured within periodical basis
